IJE advises and cooperates with public authorities and related parties in drafting legal and regulatory provisions and specific regulatory frameworks in various areas.

IJE proposes the necessary changes in those areas where the existing legal framework is inefficient, insufficient or untenable; in addition, IJE researches, analyzes, designs and implements actions to ensure adequate enforcement without increasing related social costs.
