By analyzing law using economics-driven principles, methods and techniques, IJE seeks to increase the effectiveness of the various regulatory frameworks. We also analyze the consequences (real effects) thereof on both individuals and the society at large.

At IJE we are convinced of the close relationship between law and economics. Therefore, we promote and develop the use of conceptual tools that allow us to incorporate advances in these two disciplines.
